A lovely stay.. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Swimming pool were bit small but was ok as not many people using it.
Outdoor hot tub and indoor sauna were a real treat. really loved it.
Has a nice garden to walk around.. Very limited options for breakfast.
Rather incovenient location without a car..

Good for a staycation. The room is very big - lots of space.
The area feels private. However you definitely need a car to get to this hotel.
Presence of a laundry room is appreciated.
Tried the breakfast buffet once - also very good if you're a big eater as there's a big variety.. I thought we'd have a garden view but our view was the parking lot. That dampened the experience.
It's not very pleasant to walk outside at night, not because it didn't feel safe, but because there are not enough street lights --- it's probably not the fault of the hotel..

Disappointing compared with other Grand Josun locations.. The hotel and rooms have amazing esthetic (loved the lounge bar!) and breakfast buffet is probably best in Korea. We stayed in one of the kids' rooms, which had extra amenities to cater for the younger guests (small slippers, bathrobe and separate set of toiletteries), which was a nice touch.
We loved the rooftop space and bar. The adult pool would be great for watching sunset as well.. The hotel is huge and there's not much around it (unless you want to drive) but facilities are much too small for the number of rooms. Two pools but one is adult only, so we could not really enjoy it. The pool for families with kids was a huge disappointment, a tiny splash pool indoors (think rainy day and some several hundred rooms in the hotel), outdoor pool is not much bigger. Only a few sun loungers, so usually all were occupied. Cabanas are available at a price close to the price of the room (!) so all were mostly empty but taking up lots of space that could otherwise be used for the loungers. Pool would close every hour for 10 minutes, not sure why as no maintenance would be done during that time. Food in restaurants was good, but it was a bit of a strange experience as restaurants were mostly empty. Probably because of the ridiculous prices they charged (15k ₩ for a hot dog, 13k ₩ for a small beer as an example). Overall, it felt like the hotel management was not very much interested in keeping guests on hotel grounds..

The best!. I recently stayed at this hotel with my family to celebrate my mom’s 70th birthday, and despite a rocky start, it turned out to be an exceptional experience. Traveling with two kids and my parents, I was looking for a seamless stay, and the hotel delivered on almost every front.
At arrival, we encountered a booking issue due to a miscommunication between the hotel and a booking platform (not hotel’s fault), This was disappointing initially, but I have to commend the staff for how professionally and empathetically they handled the situation. Their politeness and understanding turned what could have been a stressful moment into a manageable one, and they made us feel valued as guests.
Once settled, everything else exceeded our expectations. The facilities were impeccable, and the pool was a highlight. Even in freezing temperatures, the pool was comfortably warm, which was a wonderful surprise and a big hit with the whole family.
Having stayed at several five-star hotels, including Marina Bay Sands, I can confidently say this hotel was the best. The attention to detail, excellent service, and overall experience made our special occasion even more memorable.
I highly recommend this hotel and would love to visit again in the future. If there are more equipments in the fitness centre….
