Good location, friendly house keeping staff however the front desk and fitneess staffs attitude should be improved a lot. Location is close to shopping, restaurants and airport. Many staffs were not friendly especially when asking help.

Nice bread. Nice facility. They have clothes store, convenience store, casino, restaurant and coffee shop at the first floor. The bread in the coffee shop tastes so good!!!!!!! The drinks are a bit expensive but it is worth it!!!!! The coffee shop has a nice view too!. .

I would not stay in this hotel again even if it was offered to me for free. I would pay to stay in a different hotel.. Breakfast buffet is nice. Airconditioning is centralised and automatically shuts off during the night. Wake up sweating in a hot room every day.
Swimming pool that is advertised everywhere is opened for less than 4 months of the year. Remaining 8+ months it’s closed.
Gym entrance is an extra 20k won (€13,3, $14,4) each time you want to use it, even if you want to just run on a treadmill for 30mins.
Roomservice isn’t roomservice; you have to go downstairs to get your food.
Bathtubs are equipped with built in unremovable highly uncomfortable anti-slip ribbles. Forget about having a nice relaxing bath..

Jeju trip. I have stayed in all Glad hotels, as I expected Glad Jeju would be great too. Great service from the employees and the room was very good and clean. Too many nice restaurants and also a great location. Glad Hotels is my first choice wherever I visit Korea.. .
